“While I may paint ordinary
scenes and objects, I often like to infuse them with outlandish color and
texture. I am repeatedly drawn to paint objects or landscapes that evoke a
sense of solitude or isolation. Perhaps I will leave the viewer with some
questions about where and why I painted a subject. I am an avid believer
in the value of art as a window to the soul.”
Please feel free to contact
the artist if you would like to receive mailings regarding upcoming shows or to
arrange an appointment to visit Joanne in her studio.
Joanne is a Signature Member
